Job Title: Rail Works Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civils working Site Supervisor for an immediate start in Tilbury, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise daily groundworks activities on site.
  • Coordinate and schedule work among the groundworks team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, providing guidance as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a background in groundworks is essential for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams.
  • Valid CSCS card would be advantageous - Gold or Black CSCS will be preferred.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • X 2 References.
  • Up to date CV.

You will be working for a successful Civil Engineering contractor.
