About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Earlsferry House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, and mobility, tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Support Daily Activities: Engage residents in various activities, promoting social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical exercise.
  • Contribute to a Positive Environment: Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring residents feel valued, respected, and connected.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work effectively with fellow team members to provide seamless care and support to our residents.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: £12.10 per hour
  • Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with alternate weekends
  • Overtime Incentives: Opportunities for extra hours worked, with incentives for overtime

Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: Preferred, but not essential
