Requirements
  • Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or be actively working towards it).
  • Medication Administration: Practical Medication Administration skills with proven competencies.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team.
  • Compassionate Nature: A compassionate, kind, and caring nature with a commitment to person-centred care.
