About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Earlsferry House Care Home in Elie and Earlsferry. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date care documentation.
  • Lead and guide your team to deliver top-notch care.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor health and administer medications safely.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote independence and encourage social interactions.
  • Champion respect and dignity for every resident.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment.
  • Support nutrition and hydration needs.
  • Respond to emergencies and utilize reflective practices to improve care.
About You

We are looking for a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN. While care home experience is a plus, what really matters is your passion for care and your dedication to improving the lives of our residents. You should have a natural ability to connect with people, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanor to every interaction.
