About the Position

Location: Irvine, North Ayrshire

Compensation: £12 per hour

Hours: 25 hours a week & 13 hours a week, including overnight assistance

Sally enjoys social activities, attending concerts, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. She is vibrant, engaging, and possesses a delightful sense of humor. Sally expresses her individuality through her unique hair colors and carefully coordinated outfits.

Key Aspects Important to Sally

Sally is actively involved as a Brownie and Guide leader, a role that holds significant value for her as it allows her to contribute to the community. It is essential for Sally to connect well with her Personal Assistants, ensuring they share a mutual understanding.

As the Managing Director of her own enterprise, candidates must demonstrate confidence in fundamental computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

In her professional capacity, Sally utilizes her personal experiences with Cerebral Palsy to provide support and guidance to others facing similar challenges. This includes person-centered planning, public speaking at events, and offering training and educational resources. She collaborates with businesses and employers to promote inclusion and its implications for their organizations. Confidentiality is paramount, not only for Sally but also for those she assists.

Sally values spending quality time with her family during weekends, so flexibility in her schedule is expected.

Sample Shift Pattern:

10 PM to 11 PM - overnight support until 7 AM, followed by 7 AM to 7 PM.
