Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance student satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive image of the institution within the local community through effective communication with local partners.
- Participate in emergency phone duty as part of a rotating schedule.
- Assist the Residence Manager in coordinating weekend arrivals and departures to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct curfew checks for underage students to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Address student inquiries and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Uphold high standards of accommodation quality and service.
- Support students with general inquiries and manage any incidents of misconduct in collaboration with relevant staff.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding and fire safety procedures, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Communicate issues or concerns to the Residence Manager in a timely manner.

- A flexible and proactive approach to work, accommodating the on-call nature of the role.

- Able to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage challenging situations.
- Understanding of the unique needs of international students living away from home.
- Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and external partners.

- Clear DBS check and references are required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
