Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach team members to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
