Join Our Team as a Front of House Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Assistant at LBG Harbourside in Bristol.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve barista coffee to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare food to the highest standard
  • Replenish all baked goods and retail products
  • Support with hospitality functions
  • Maintain a professional and friendly image
  • Understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards
