Job Summary

  • Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital learning products and experiences.
  • Build relationships with global clients, understanding their strategic priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Develop realistic project plans, aligning resources and budget to meet client needs.
  • Forecast project costs, ensuring accurate invoicing and contributing to revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learning designers, software engineers, and account managers.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Review and analyze project data, producing clear and accurate reports for senior management and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on digital learning and talent transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly, adapting to changing demands and conditions.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies, with a certification such as Prince 2, PMP, or Agile.
  • Knowledge of financial services and global banking clients is a plus.
