About Cavendish Professionals

Cavendish Professionals is a reputable London-based contractor specializing in structural alterations. We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead one of our upcoming projects in the Brighton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage structural alterations, concrete, steel work, and drainage projects
  • Coordinate with main contractors and other stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project is essential
  • Cut & Carve Project experience is a must

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • CSCS Black Card is desirable
