About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Junior Sales Trader to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in the fast-paced world of digital asset trading. As a Junior Sales Trader, you will be responsible for executing algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets, collaborating with the team to refine algorithms and optimize performance, managing risk through position sizing and compliance protocols, conducting research to inform trading decisions and technology integration, and hedging positions according to internal trading rules.
