About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior FX Trader to join our growing corporate department at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a Junior FX Trader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business for our corporate FX desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business sales targeting small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate businesses in the UK and Europe.
  • Engage with directors and decision-makers of medium-large businesses across various industries and sectors.
  • Utilize tools and corporate databases to identify key accounts and businesses that we can better serve.
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored FX hedging solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients.
  • Develop trusted relationships with existing clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio.
  • Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market news and trends, and communicate these to clients to ensure they are aware of any volatility and can make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of deliverable FX.
  • Strong B2B sales mindset or background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
What We Offer
  • Starting base salary: £21,000 - £25,000.
  • Bonus and commission structure (projected OTE: £30,000 - £45,000+).
