About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior FX Trader to join our team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a Junior FX Trader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business for our corporate FX desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business sales targeting UK and European SME and corporate businesses
  • Engage with directors and decision makers of medium to large businesses across a diverse range of industries
  • Utilize tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their business better and offer the right FX hedging solution
  • Work closely with your sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with existing clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
  • Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships
  • Keep yourself up to date with the latest market news and trends
Requirements
  • Previousexperience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales
  • Strong pricing and structuring capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes
  • Good knowledge of FX derivatives
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Excellent communications skills, foreign languages a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
