Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a passionate team of childcare professionals to ensure exceptional care and education for children.

- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role within a nursery setting.
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive and positive approach.
- Exceptional ability to build trusting relationships with staff, parents, and children.
- Strong written and IT skills for effective communication and record-keeping.
