You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise and professional judgment will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our residents.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents with a range of physical and mental health needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop targeted interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided
About You
You will need to have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and a strong understanding of current clinical practices and guidelines.
