Business Development Manager

CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the sales team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across various sectors, including Education, Care, Commercial, and Conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Head up newbuild and refurbishment business growth across the Midlands
  • Generate new contacts and tender opportunities for the estimating team
  • Attend networking events to establish relationships with architects, cost consultants, and local authorities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a robust network of contacts and relationships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and local market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45-60k dependant on experience, plus a car allowance.
