About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Pineheath Ward, a 24-bedded unit providing rehabilitation to patients with varying complexities of needs, including palliative care.

As a Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their individual needs.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving standards of care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver care plans designed to meet the needs of patients with multiple pathologies.
  • Maintain and improve standards of care, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, using written and verbal English language.
  • Participate in in-service training, regular appraisals, and clinical supervision to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Nurse who is:

  • Registered with the NMC, level 1.
  • Experienced in working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing care plans.
  • Able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English language.
  • Willing to undertake appropriate training and development opportunities.
  • Able to work flexibly and positively, with a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
