Job Description

Bluseal Doors & Metal Fabrication is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our Contracts department, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple door installation projects from contract award to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple door installation projects, including ordering materials, labour planning, job costing, budget management, and invoicing.
  • Oversee insulated and industrial door projects for regular customers on nationwide sites across the UK and occasionally in Ireland.
  • Provide monthly updates to Senior Management on project progress and financial status.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Regular site attendance and meetings to discuss project programme and ensure site readiness.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and up-to-date on our computer system and in the physical job file.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of contract management experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of industrial/hinged doors (preferred but not essential)
  • CSCS Card (preferred)
