Business Process Improvement Specialist

Crimson is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the analysis and improvement of business processes and practices across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing business processes.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), change logs, and process reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs, aiding in defining the scope of improvement initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Propose recommendations for process improvements, including streamlining operations, removing pain points, or implementing new technologies.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating changes and providing training for users affected by new processes.
- Process Improvement Experience: Extensive experience in process improvement and transformation within a large, multi-site organisation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess processes and quantify potential process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations and team collaboration effectively.
- Qualifications: Qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar process improvement methodologies would be desirable.
