Job Title: Demand Planner

LDH La Doria Ltd, a leading supplier of ambient food products, is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our Logistics team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the complete order cycle of stock replenishment, from forecasting to shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Procurement: Responsible for maintaining optimum warehouse stockholding for each product, ensuring accurate forecasting, and procuring stock from suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Weekly review of sales data to identify accurate forecasts, including promotional activity, and provide weekly stock reports for the area of responsibility.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Daily liaison with international suppliers to ensure receipt and timely delivery of orders, and coordination with the Supply Chain Administrator to monitor shipping schedules.
  • Contract Management: Responsible for ensuring purchase contracts are ordered correctly and reconciled to supplier stock and sales contracts.
  • Communication: Communication of issues and opportunities to internal stakeholders, and escalation of issues to senior colleagues.
