Commercial Operations Manager

LDH Ltd, a leading supplier of ambient food products, is seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join their dynamic Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success and supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial support to the Commercial team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Accurately cost commercial deals under the direction of the trading managers, utilizing your analytical skills to drive business growth.
- Develop and prepare new supply contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the trading team with data analysis and collection, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and manage contract balances for specific customers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Track and monitor EPOS sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the LDH Retail promotional process, ensuring all promotions are submitted correctly and on time.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Reconcile promotional funding, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Track and monitor LDH distribution points, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.
- Conduct weekly store reviews to update the business on new product launches and store changes.
- Develop expertise in using retailer portals to run ad-hoc reports, providing valuable sales analysis to the commercial team.
- Manage the administrative aspects of NPD, Packaging, and Technical projects, working closely with relevant departments.
- Coordinate and manage samples, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
