About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.
  • Manage the store's operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
