Graduate SEN Student Mentor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Student Mentor to join our team at a SEN provision school in Lambeth. As a Graduate SEN Student Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, from ages 5-18.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with students who have complex behaviours, including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, and anger management disorders
- Use your knowledge of complex behaviours to aid students in real-life situations
- Focus on creating successful provisions that make learning more accessible for students
- Pastorally ensure students feel heard and supported as they navigate their way through school
- 1st/2:1 in a related degree field (Psychology, Sociology, CORE subject, and Humanities degrees welcome)
- Ability to discuss previous experiences working with children and its impact
- Genuine desire to foster a safe learning environment
- Immediate start for the right candidate
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30 – Easily commutable location
- Earn up to £540 per week
- Enriching training and taught-as-you-go to ensure you are fully equipped to thrive
