Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Executive to join our team at Marlborough Highways. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the civil engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a content marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and case studies.
- Manage our content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publication of content.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and distribute press releases, case studies, and award submissions.
- Produce regular reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of our bi-annual magazine and monthly e-newsletters, working closely with our design team to ensure visually appealing and engaging content.
- Keep our website up-to-date with the latest news, Contract awards, case studies, and other relevant content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for a variety of audiences and platforms.
- Proven experience in content creation, with a strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Digital literacy, with proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to support ad hoc activities and contribute to the success of our team.
Marlborough Highways is a dynamic, independent civil engineering company with 30 years' experience in every aspect of traditional and contemporary civil engineering work. We have a pool of over 480 multi-skilled, longstanding staff, and our own dedicated in-house Project Managers. We are a multi-discipline contractor, specialising in full-service highway and public space maintenance, improvement, and construction; delivering services to London Boroughs, Local Authorities, and the supply chain.
