Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Community Marketing Executive to join our team at Marlborough Highways. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies to engage our internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our internal and external content calendars to ensure timely and consistent messaging across multiple channels.
- Develop and produce high-quality content, including press releases, case studies, and award submissions, to showcase our company's achievements and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute joint marketing and communication campaigns, targeting specific audiences and objectives.
- Produce regular reports to track the performance of our content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Support ad hoc public-facing events, such as community and school events, to promote our company's brand and values.
- Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and reflects our latest news, achievements, and activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content for various audiences and platforms.
- Proven experience in content creation, project management, and digital literacy, with proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Desirable certifications in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
