Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the Radlett, Garston, Leavesden, Harpenden, Wheathampstead, and Redbourn areas.
About the Role:As a Care Assistant, you will provide daily support to our clients, assisting with morning and evening routines, personal care, and companionship. Your role will involve:
- Assisting clients with daily tasks, such as getting ready for the day and unwinding in the evening.
- Providing personal care, including dressing and grooming.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks.
- Light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Engaging in friendly conversations and providing companionship.
- Assisting with medication administration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
