In this position, your primary responsibility will be to guarantee precise and timely payroll processing, which encompasses managing payroll and conducting bank reconciliations. You will also oversee financial accounts and process purchase invoices, ensuring that all monetary transactions are accurately recorded. Furthermore, you will take on a range of duties that facilitate the efficient functioning of the organization's financial operations.
This role is ideal for a Payroll Administrator with a background in bank reconciliation who is looking to join a leading engineering firm that offers a diverse array of responsibilities and a positive work atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee financial accounts and manage purchase invoices, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Engage in various responsibilities that support the smooth operation of the organization's financial functions.
- Standard working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 12pm Friday.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Finance Assistant or similar role.
- Experience in payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Ability to commute as required.
