Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Coseley

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction operations to ensure timely completion, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety regulations, while meeting company and industry quality standards.
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections to align with quality control benchmarks and Group protocols.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including warranty providers, local authorities, and utility services, to ensure the successful execution of the build schedule.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for the project, including Staff Inductions, Health, Safety and Environment records, timesheets, incident reports, and quality control checklists.
  • Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of materials in accordance with Group guidelines.
  • Lead and manage the workforce, including subcontractors, to guarantee that work is completed on schedule, meets quality expectations, and stays within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Care, to achieve operational targets, including the swift resolution of customer care issues and timely updates on project progress.
  • Enforce compliance with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy among site personnel and visitors to minimize incidents and accidents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the timber frame residential construction sector.
  • Familiarity with NHBC standards.
  • Previous recognition in Pride in the Job is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
  • Current CSCS Card, ideally with SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 6 qualification in Construction Management is preferred.
