Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Assistant. As an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who visits our store.
- Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets, while maintaining high standards of visual presentation and store compliance.
- Develop relationships with local community groups and Cancer Research UK colleagues to build a strong network of supporters.
- Support fundraising events and activities to help us beat cancer.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of people affected by cancer.
- Experience of working in a busy customer-facing environment, with a proven ability to manage workload and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
