About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Caretaker to join our team in Kent, London, and Hampshire. As a key member of our local team, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard caretaking services to our housing properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, and adhering to safety, quality, and cost control standards.

This field-based role comes with a company van and fuel card, allowing you to travel efficiently between locations. Your primary focus will be on cleaning, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed protocols and timeframes.

You will be proactive in maintaining PPM safety compliance across all blocks, scheduling upcoming works, including Fire Risk Assessments, seasonal upkeep, and safety checks at the necessary intervals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-standard caretaking services to our housing properties
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and adhere to safety, quality, and cost control standards
  • Manage cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with agreed protocols and timeframes
  • Proactively maintain PPM safety compliance across all blocks
  • Schedule upcoming works, including Fire Risk Assessments, seasonal upkeep, and safety checks
