**About the Role**

Pyramid8 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse administration team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role will be based in our UK Traffic office in Preston, where you will work closely with our transport and network teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and manage our in-house Traffic Management System and Network Partners Systems to ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any issues or delays, providing updates and solutions to resolve their queries.
  • Liaise with our Traffic Department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared regarding changes or updates to the system.
  • Verify the accuracy of Network Partners Systems to ensure all pallets are allocated for delivery and notify customers of any issues.
  • Arrange re-routes as necessary, such as when a pallet has been mislabelled.
  • Manage the unallocated freight sheet from the warehouse, which details job numbers of pallets on the warehouse floor that have not been dispatched but show today's delivery date.
