Job Description:
Recruit UK is working with a reputable financial services firm to find an experienced Financial Planning Coordinator to join their team.
This firm is known for its commitment to excellence and its employees' well-being. As a Financial Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and administering client assets and implementing new advice
- Ensuring client data is up-to-date and accurate
- Regularly communicating with clients
- Handling the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
- Preparing, coordinating, and following up on client meetings
- Managing a varied workload while maintaining exceptional organisation and focus

Requirements:
- Working towards the financial planning diploma
