Role Summary:

The Senior Business Solutions Consultant is primarily tasked with deploying our revenue management applications within client ERP systems. You will provide exceptional business and software implementation expertise to Flintfox clients, supporting them either on-site or remotely throughout the planning, design, and execution phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Flintfox applications in large-scale ERP initiatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in collaboration with business process owners and subject matter experts, offering guidance in business process management.
  • Collaborate closely with implementation partners to ensure sound design for finance, accounting, and related business operations, ensuring alignment with the overall project solutions.
  • Employ Flintfox/Implementation Partner's Project Methodologies to guarantee projects are executed consistently and meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for subject matter experts regarding configuration and functionality.
  • Facilitate conference room pilot sessions to showcase the intended design.
  • Assist in data conversion and execute data migration tasks.
  • Establish and follow cutover tasks and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Flintfox technical teams.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of technical competencies and domain knowledge related to ERP products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementations in a Functional Consultant role.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale D365 F&O implementations is essential.
  • Proven functional expertise in Pricing, Trade & Logistics, and/or Finance modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Understanding of financial operations and processes, including Chart of Accounts, Accruals, and Journal entries.
  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional Dynamics Certifications.

Additional Information:

  • Work Location: Remote
  • Must be located in the UK.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the UK (Travel requirement – 10 to 25%).
