Job Description

About the Role:

MŌDUM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless back-of-house operations and maintaining inventory accuracy and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain stockrooms, ensuring efficient and effective stock operations.
  • Organize and coordinate product replenishment and stock activities, including regular stock counts and inventories.
  • Handle customer repair requests and complaints, and follow after-sales procedures accurately.
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in operational activities to enhance business efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fashion retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and sensitivity to high-end products.
  • Independent and highly motivated, capable of working autonomously.
  • Eager to grow within the organization and adopt best practices for business improvement.
  • Fluent in the national language; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
