About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting four young males in a shared supported living home.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the young people with their personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
- Encourage and promote independence, enabling the young people to live the life they choose
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with the young people, their families, and other professionals
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.55, plus £45 per sleep-in
- A comprehensive induction and fully paid training program
