Tradewind Recruitment is currently in search of a committed and organized Level 2 Primary Support Assistant for a well-regarded educational institution.

This position is a long-term temporary role, offering full-time hours.

This single-form entry Primary School is eager to welcome an experienced SEN support assistant to their team. They prioritize values such as friendship, compassion, respect, and perseverance. The school is known for its strong Christian ethos and maintains close relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and approachable SEN support assistant, working within the reception class and supporting several children with special educational needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A Level 2 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and phonics
  • Experience working with SEN, including Autism, challenging behavior, and PECS

This position requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.

Your CV should cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and any employment gaps must be accounted for.

It is essential to have the legal right to work in the UK.
