Amazon Security Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Assurance Manager to join our team at Amazon Business EU SARL (UK). As a key member of our security organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's security controls and processes
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and processes
- Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including security teams, product teams, and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Accounting/Auditing, or other related fields
- 7+ years of experience in security, audits, customer trust, control assessments, or risk assessments
- 5+ years of experience assessing complex technical processes
- Experience with monitoring and automating security controls
- Experience in third-party and regional/regulatory examinations
- Demonstrates high judgement and risk decision making abilities
- Experience in performing technical assessments and documentation around key controls and security processes
- Industry recognized certifications, such as CISA or CISSP
- Experience in data center operations, facilities management, or systems management
