Amazon Security Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Assurance Manager to join our team at Amazon Business EU SARL (UK). As a key member of our security organization, you will be responsible for demonstrating the security controls of our services and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate complex technical processes to identify security risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement effective security controls and measures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business
- Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to ensure our security posture remains strong
- 7+ years of experience in security, audits, customer trust, control assessments, or risk assessments
- 5+ years of experience assessing complex technical processes
- Experience with monitoring and automating security controls
- Industry recognized certifications such as CISA or CISSP
