Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new land opportunities for our clients in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Site Identification: Conduct site visits and research to identify suitable land for development, taking into account factors such as zoning, environmental concerns, and market demand.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate deals with landowners and agents to secure land acquisitions, ensuring that the terms are favorable to our clients.
  • Project Management: Work closely with our clients to manage the land acquisition process, from initial site identification to completion of the deal.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for land acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with landowners and agents.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the land acquisition process, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and market trends.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of circa £50k - £65k plus package, working for a leading developer in the South West region.
