Job Summary:

As an Apprentice Branch Manager at 1-Tom-Plumber Tulsa, you will have the opportunity to lead a retail branch and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to customers. Your goal will be to make their holiday dreams a reality, while also driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Inspire: Be a true role model for your teams and peers as a trusted and inspiring leader who meets targets, continuously strives for excellence, and delivers great service.
  2. Operational Excellence: Enable the effective day-to-day operation of your branch and foreign exchange bureau.
  3. Business Development: Increase the exposure of your branch through developing new business leads and maximizing social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales.
  4. Team Performance: Oversee and support your team members' performance, supporting areas for development in order to achieve maximum productivity while ensuring colleague motivation and morale is at its best.
  5. Community Engagement: Act as a figurehead within the local community, attending all promotional activities and events that will aid your branch performance and impact.
  6. Talent Development: Assist in the recruitment of colleagues into your branch, including apprentices whom you will ensure their development is tailored to their talent progression.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Skills: Great leadership skills and experience of working leading other colleagues.
  2. Financial Acumen: Good accuracy and numerical skills with the ability to understand and interpret financial statistics.
  3. Enthusiasm and Commitment: Enthusiasm and a positive attitude with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business.
  4. Colleague Development: Ability to assist with the development of colleagues in order to maximize job satisfaction, performance, and talent succession.
