Key Responsibilities:- Providing 1:1 and small group support for children in various year groups (EYFS to Year 6)
- Supporting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
- Assisting with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and reporting to teachers
- Supporting children with additional needs, ensuring all students feel included and supported
- Upholding safeguarding procedures and policies in line with school guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Up-to-date Safeguarding Certificate
- Experience working with children across primary school settings
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various school environments
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of SEND and differentiated learning
