Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Residential Care team at Longhurst Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Enable customers to maximise their independence within their homes and the local community.
- Promote and enable individual choices in the support provided.
- Provide personal care to customers, ranging from hygiene, dietary through to financial.
- Maintain and respect all peoples' choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals.
- Ensure that people are fully involved in identifying their own needs and planning their own support.
- Up to 26 days annual leave (pro rata based on contracted hours).
