Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at a leading dialysis clinic in Sutton, London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring and supporting team members, and providing safe and effective haemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to patients, promoting patient-focused care and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Provide safe and effective haemodialysis treatment, adhering to patient prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, external organizations, and hospital trusts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Lead shifts and promote effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in implementation and review.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality care to renal patients.
- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Renal nursing experience is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
Benefits:
- Excellent salary £35,791 - £36,630 per annum DOE.
- Permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.
