Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in a dynamic dialysis clinic based in Sutton, London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring and supporting team members, and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients, promoting patient-focused care and adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Mentor and assist team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Lead shifts and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, users, and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality care to renal patients.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Renal nursing experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to change.
Benefits:
  • Excellent salary £35,791 - £36,630 per annum DOE.
  • Permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.
  • 35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.
