Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Sutton, London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring and supporting team members, and promoting a culture of excellence within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients, promoting patient-focused care and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Lead shifts and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with external organizations and hospital trusts to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Renal nursing experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- An excellent salary of £35,791 - £36,630 per annum, depending on experience.
- A permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday to Saturday.
- 35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.
