Team Leader for Product Management

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will oversee a group of product managers while closely collaborating with UX, Analytics, and Engineering teams to realize the product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of product concepts from initial stages to actionable plans, timelines, and projects, ensuring alignment with financial considerations, marketing requirements, and overarching business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve company goals, providing expertise and guidance on product-related initiatives and systems.
- Define, measure, and assess key performance metrics related to product success, delivering insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in a software environment.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a product team within a technology company and engaging with executive leadership.
- Proven track record in applying user research and data analysis to develop actionable product strategies.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams to deliver products using agile/scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with engineering teams, demonstrating an understanding of developer terminology.
- Passion for user experience with a keen sense of UI and design principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Additional Information:
- Experience managing complex projects with both front-end and back-end components is advantageous.
- Familiarity with international business operations and virtual global teams, as well as knowledge of product localization, is beneficial.
