Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring seamless kitchen management
  • Develop and lead the kitchen team to achieve high-quality food service and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive culinary innovation and menu development
