About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Shepherd Neame, a leading brewery and pub operator in the UK. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and take charge of the kitchen.
  • Assist in the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient and high-quality food service.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
