About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children in their learning through play and individual next steps.
  • Work closely with the Early Years team to deliver creative and appropriate play opportunities.
  • Assist in the supervision of children at lunchtime.
  • Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Work towards the relevant apprenticeship standard/framework and complete work in a timely manner.
