Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our school team as an Early Years Educator Apprentice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Early Years team to deliver high-quality play opportunities for primary age group children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in their learning through play and individual next steps.
  • Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Work alongside classroom staff within our Early Years provision to gain additional Early Years experience.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Early Years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
